Our homes are individually designed and one-of-a-kind. The dedication to building a quality structure means attention to every possible detail. We begin the construction process of each new home by performing a complete Geotechnical Soil Investigation from samples obtained approx 20 ft. below the surface. Our Engineering Firm uses the soil lab results to design a foundation that is specific to the building site. Engineering firms are also used for Certified Residential Energy Design Plans. The floor systems are also professional designed.
We love the "Wow" that we hear when you enter one of our homes. The combination of hand-textured walls, wood floors, intricate molding detail, custom cabinetry and perfectly matched color all blend together for a sophisticated and exciting home.
